Wedding Day Coordination is perfect for couples who are happy to plan their own wedding but want to hand over the running of the day to an experienced professional. We’ll discreetly oversee every element, ensuring you and your bridal party can relax and enjoy the day, knowing that every detail you planned is being taken care of.

You’ll complete a short questionnaire providing all the essential details—supplier contacts, your timeline, bridal party information, and anything else needed to oversee the day smoothly. We’ll then have a relaxed Zoom chat in the days leading up to the wedding to go over everything and make sure every detail is accounted for.

 

On the day, we’ll be there to manage the schedule, coordinate suppliers, and handle any unexpected hiccups. Working seamlessly with your chosen celebrant, we’ll ensure everything runs perfectly, allowing you to be guests at your own wedding, enjoying every moment. ​​​​
